Assigned Experienced Buyer

Every Media Link Software user( or client) will be assigned an experienced buyer who will be their primary point of contact.

Assigned Programmer

License clients are also assigned a programmer to take primary responsibility for setting up your license and helping with any advance technical issues throughout the term of your license.

 

Initial Onboarding

Experienced media buyers will be ready to use Media Link Software® after two 1.5-hour one- on-one training sessions with their assigned buyer. In these sessions, you will learn how to do all tasks within the software, as well as run through your primary set-up.

Unlimited Training and Support

Even after the initial training, your license includes unlimited, free, continuous training and support from our team. Whether you are doing something for the first time in 6 months and need a refresher, have encountered an unusual situation or have brought on new staff; we are there to help!
